The email confirmation prior to her arriving. In addition, the sitter had a written contract to sign. Lastly, the follow up receipt and this survey. Some may think this is 'overkill' but there have been times when you book through a hotel or resort you just are not sure the sitter will show up. This was completely the opposite! Highly recommend this service!
