Little ones can help measure and prep the sorbet, so it\u2019s&nbsp;a great activity for children who like to help!&nbsp; It is also perfect for parties because it is such a simple dessert to make.&nbsp; Perfect for cookouts, a cool treat on a warm summer evening, or \u2018just because\u2019, it is sure to become a staple in your repertoire. It\u2019s healthier than ice cream or other frozen desserts, but it is incredibly delicious! It also perfect for holidays and events!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Go red, white, and yellow! <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Red: Watermelon, strawberry, or raspberry<\/li><li>White: coconut, apple, or pear (pineapple also comes out off-white)<\/li><li>Blue: blueberry or blackberry<\/li><li>Yellow: pineapple, mango, lemon<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It can also be made with cranberry, which can be a fun\noption for Thanksgiving and Christmas.&nbsp;\nKiwi, strawberry, peach, orange, and mango work great for Easter and\nspringtime. The options are endless! <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Don\u2019t hesitate to get creative and mix fruits and flavors \u2013\nstrawberry banana, mango pineapple, kiwi strawberry, or mixed berry are all\ngreat! <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To make easy fruit sorbet, all you need is the following: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Frozen fruit<\/li><li>Sweetener (raw honey, stevia, or sugar)<\/li><li>&nbsp;A little\nlemon juice<\/li><li>Heavy duty blender or food processor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You can use any fruit that you want \u2013 just make sure that\nyou dice it before freezing so that it can be easily blended. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The recipe \u2018base\u2019 is more of a ratio \u2013 it\u2019s easy to double\nor triple.&nbsp; You can also play around with\nthe sweeteners \u2013 try more or less of one, half and half, or different\nones.&nbsp; It\u2019s customizable to your\npreference, and you can adjust it as you go along. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recipe base: <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup of frozen, diced fruit (Peel fruit with\nskins. Canned and pre-frozen fruit can work as well)<\/li><li>1\/8 cup of sugar or honey. Look up equivilences\nfor agave, stevia, or other sweetener choices.<\/li><li>\u00bc tsp lemon juice<\/li><li>Warm water, if needed (no more than 2-3\ntablespoons)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Place the fruit, sugar, and lemon juice in the blender.&nbsp; Pulse the blender until fruit is finely\nchopped, then blend on high until it develops a smooth texture. You may need to\nstop periodically to add in some warm water and stir the mixture to ensure it evenly\nblends.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour fruit mixture into a food storage container.&nbsp; Place in the freezer until set (approximately\n4-6 hours).
